A few years ago, I realised I wasn’t just tired - I had major anxiety and was heading straight for burnout. As a busy new working mum with all the plates spinning, I’d forgotten about myself. I knew I needed more than a wee bubble bath, so I went searching for something deeper and found Reiki.
I didn’t really know what to expect, but after my first session I felt a huge shift. My body felt lighter, but more than that, my mind felt calm, I could actually hear myself think. With regular Reiki, yoga practice and sound baths, I finally learned how to properly relax, meditate and let go of built-up emotion and tension I’d been carrying around.
Over the last couple of years, I have immersed myself in learning and teaching to be able to hold the space and share what helped me - with YOU. I offer a non-judgmental, cosy and welcoming space where you can simply turn up.
No pressure. No expectations. No experience needed.
I work with clients 1:1 on Wednesday evenings and Sundays, offering Indian Head Massage, Reiki and sound healing.
I also hold regular Sunday sound bath sessions and small group Reiki, Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga sessions, where you will be fully guided and supported into deep relaxation - think of it as one big exhale for your nervous system.

Please note that sound healing isn’t suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, for epilepsy, sound-induced seizures, certain serious mental health conditions or implanted medical devices such as pacemakers. I plan to complete pregnancy yoga training this year so I can safely support mums-to-be.
