These classes are aimed at everyone to join in. Yoga is for everybody, no matter your strength, your flexibility, your age, your gender, yoga is a journey to discover yourself. I teach my classes from a place of joy and compassion. You should leave feeling accomplished, relaxed and welcomed. I love to move slowly and deliberately. I love to incorporate breathwork and meditation. I love to flow and link postures. Hardcore vinyasa is not my day to day vibe. I want you to be able to follow along easily, while finding control of body and mind.
