I am an integrated counsellor and my aim is to create a safe and confidential space for you to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. I understand that taking those first steps on your counselling journey comes with a lot of anxieties and trepidation, but I aim to create a warm, non judgemental and friendly environment.
